The perspective

The power of the centre is not synonymous with the creativity of the centre, a decline in either is unlikely, because power is creativity. The politics of power is another source and the threat to center is a guilt the politicians miss. The reaction is not predictable, and the risk is a loss of prestige in governing. Most may avoid direct confrontation and the system attempts to deregulate the different parties. China is in this crisis.

Markets are directed by political actors and society attempts to keep them within the law. The future of this regulation is in doubt and the central hold of locality a kind of economic risk and social chapter. China is facing this stage and the centre cannot solve it. The newness of the markets and the weakness of political actors allows us to suggest difficulty. The local is a transmission of new falsehoods and politics is a regional affair including external influence.

Taiwan cannot face this division of sources and must rely on America to pull the punches. Like Hong Kong ceremony and identity disguise nasty politics and political rights. The problem is centre and locality does not include regions and the political is unregulated by legitimacy or coercion. The power  should be regulated and the region included.

These ideas are developed in the west and nullified in the south, the education process is centred on locality and the reason is a kind of centrality. Regions have to exist and the pressure is often changing in direction. The west has a continuity and consciousness unprepared for these difficulties. Neighbours will take advantage in their historical opposition.
